About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in New York, New Jersey, North Carolina and as an out-of-state tele-health provider in Florida. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master of Social Work from New York University, Silver School of Social Work. My experience includes work in a variety of settings with a range of individuals including teens, adults and couples, specializing in anxiety disorders, mood disorders and relationship issues. I have experience with a number of different therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic psychotherapy and crisis counseling and I have completed advanced clinical training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
